Collection: Wholesale Ordering

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:

1: If this is your OPENING ORDER, you MUST order at LEAST 24 pieces or your order will immediately be CANCELED.

2: If you are NOT an APPROVED wholesaler approved by Dannielle or Dustin Krouse, via email, with a signed wholesale form and sales & use tax form on file, your order will immediately be CANCELED.

3: If this is a RETURNING ORDER, you MUST order AT LEAST 12 pieces or your order will immediately be CANCELED.

4: Shipping will show as "FREE" when making your order. HOWEVER, SHIPPING IS NOT FREE, shipping will be invoiced separately when your order is ready to ship.

5: Wholesale orders can take up to 5 weeks to be ready to ship, all items are made to order unless they are in stock. Typically our turn around time is MUCH quicker, but as a rule we tell all customers it COULD take up to 5 weeks.

6: Wholesale orders are manufactured TWICE PER MONTH by Vagabond Outfitters, so your order may not be entered in the queue for 1-2 weeks. If you need your order to be entered in and ready by a specific timeframe you MUST reach out to Dannielle or Dustin Krouse via email BEFORE placing your order.

7: Once your order is placed on the website it CANNOT be canceled after 24 hours of making the order.

8: If there is a specific Vagabond Outfitters print you wish to order and do not see it available here, please reach out to us so we can add it in. Some prints we do retire after a certain time to keep our brand fresh and updated from year to year based on popularity and seasonal availability.

9: Wholesale password will change throughout the year, when it does we will email our ACTIVE wholesalers the new password. Wholesalers are considered inactive and become inactive and at risk of their loss of boundary protection after 6 months of no ordering, NO EXCEPTIONS. This could result in a Wholesaler losing their access to our products if they become inactive and a new Wholesaler is newly active with a protected boundary to their location.
